Spinach Strawberry Salad

1 lb spinach

sliced strawberries


1/3 c raspberry vinegar (or balsamic)

1/2 c sugar

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp salt

1 c vegetable oil

1 1/2 tsp poppy seed

Brie Pomegranate/ Strawberry Salad

Romaine lettuce

Brie cheese--diced

sliced strawberries or Pomegranate seeds 

6 T sugar

2 ½  T vinegar

½ tsp salt

½ tsp dry mustard

¾ T grated onion

½ c oil

Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and onion in blender or food processor. With blender running, add oil slowly until well mixed.

Combine lettuce, cheese, and fruit in large bowl.

Add dressing and toss just before serving.
